Yoga and Bodytone 2020

                                      Zoom Yoga & Body Tone  Classes starting Wednesday 11th November - 16th December  at 8.00pm 

    6 weeks €50

  You will require an exercise mat and space to exercise, plus earphones for the relaxation section. 

  Please contact me to book a space. Once I have confirmed your space, payment can be made by card on this website.  I will then send you the Zoom log on details .

Due to Covid 19 restrictions all indoor classes are cancelled for the moment. 

If you are interested in attending classes when we resume please fill in the Contact form  and  I will contact you when class are ready to start. 

For hygiene reasons it is best to bring your own yoga mat and water. 

Classes are held in The Pillo Hotel Ashbourne unless otherwise stated.         If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
