YOGA & BODY TONE 2025

      Classes recommence in January - April  2025

Monday :  20th January -

10.30am-   Yoga for Bone Health &  Improved Balance,  Using Resistance Bands, Pilates Balls and Chairs.

7pm Yoga & Body Tone = all levels =  Class Full

YOGA & BODY TONE - WEDNESDAYS 

Wednesday 22nd January - 10.15am - all levels

Wednesday 22nd January - 8pm- all levels 

                                                                                   10 weeks course   Fee  €150 - No classes Monday 3rd February. Monday 17th March. Wednesday 19th March

                                                     Once I have confirmed your space a fee of €50  will be required to hold your space.
