10 weeks( no classes on bank holidays)
10.30am - Yoga for Bone Health & Improved Balance, Using Resistance Bands, Pilates Balls and Chairs.
Wednesday: 15th April - 24th June
10.30am Yoga & Body Tone = all levels
8.00pm Yoga & Body Tone _ all levels .
Fee €160 for 10 weeks. No problem switching between days.

Once I have confirmed your space a fee of €50 will be required to hold your space.
