10.30am - Yoga for Bone Health & Improved Balance, Using Resistance Bands, Pilates Balls and Chairs.
7.00pm Yoga & Body Tone - all levels
Wednesday: 21st th January
10.30am Yoga & Body Tone = all levels
8.00pm Yoga & Body Tone _ all levels .
No classes Monday 2nd February, Monday 16th March, Wednesday 18th March .
Thursdays : 10.30am Mature Movers - Ratoath : The Venue. Fee €50 . Seated and Standing class for Fitness, Strength and Balance.
