Monday : 22nd September -
10.30am- Yoga for Bone Health & Improved Balance, Using Resistance Bands, Pilates Balls and Chairs.
7.00pm Yoga & Body Tone - all levels
Wednesday: 24th September
10.30am Yoga & Body Tone = all levels
8.00pm Yoga & Body Tone _ all levels .
No classes Monday 27th October and Wednesday 29th October .
10 weeks course Fee €150. ( fee for attending twice a week €250)
